the location is fine - i would not recommend the 24/7 pick up - it took me over 45 minutes. 1st it would not recognize my location - had to get help with that then the emergency contact issue - no where does it say your contact has to answer right then to verify.....ridiculous. Had i known prior i would have notified my daughter the call was coming she would have been available or I would have made sure someonw was available to answer. A nightmare and a waste of 45 minutes during move day.....
David Ethe 1st truck had a gear shift issue, luckily the owner came in and was able to move me to another truck...however, the 2nd truck was not full of gas, definitely done a bit, maybe a gallon...i ended up putting in over 3 gallons ($8) for about 26 miles I think....both trucks were clean

suzette DMy drop off was changed to this location, which was not convenient and was closed when I dropped off my rental. Their parking lot was full and I was forced to park the trail on the edge of their property in a wooded area
Thomas FBusiness was closed despite business hours stating that they should have been open. I did not know anything about the self-return, so I had to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes with u-haul before finding out about this option.

Glenn SI had to cancel my reservation at a different location due to damaged inoperable equipment. Was sent to this location. Shop owner was out to lunch . Waited 45 minutes for his return. Without hesitation he helped me quickly get on my way. Very thankful.

David JBrakes were bad , check gas cap light was on the entire time , truck was very shaky while driving or accelerating.

DAVID RThere was no one there but had opted for online return which is difficult because pictures wouldn't load. Managed to complete but got a call the next day that no one at the location had checked the Uhaul truck in and was asked to confirm I had returned it which did show on my acct. Fortunately I took the required pictures and form got submitted on time. But No I wouldn't recommend this location as it's out by nothing and very isolated. Only 1 other Uhaul there but did have the key drop and pickup station.
Jennifer VYour representative when I returned the equipment was rude. He had an attitude because I interrupted his breakfast. Your sign said open for business at 8am I was there at 9:15.
