The man working at this location specifically told us to return the trailer before 6:00 PM. We arrived back at 3:00 PM to find the lights turned off and a “closed” sign posted. He was inside asleep. We knocked and called repeatedly for quite a while before he finally came to the door disheveled. When he did, he seemed annoyed that we were there to return the trailer, despite the fact that we were following the instructions he had given us. He offered no help with the return and made the entire experience odd. The equipment itself was fine, but the jack to take the trailer off was broken. The customer service and lack of professionalism are why I would not recommend this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPut gas in the truck. When I picked up the truck the low fuel light was on displaying 38 miles to empty. I had to go straight to the gas station. I think that Uhaul owes me for 9 miles worth of gas. To be fair for all Make sure that the tank is full and I'll bring it back full.

William HOriginal reservation was made at a different location (closer to my house), which resulted in added mileage we had to pay for. So I would’ve preferred to pick up from that original location (Mosely, VA)
Mike FWe showed up during posted open hours and no one was there, we ended up using the key drop and leaving the truck outside. We would have liked to talk with someone. We did get the receipt later, so then knew it was checked back in.
