It was closed when I was there: special hours. I would feel way more comfortable if they clearly communicated what that means for a customer returning assets. The U-Haul customer service number was outstanding, and the web guidance for self-dropoff is also great.
TIMOTHY SPick up was easy. did everything prior to pick up so only thing i had to do was sign the contract and get the keys. Went over the details of the contract before i left so everything was accurate per my reservation.
Ryan LGuy at the front desk is a liar and will do anything to get your money.
