The staff is amazing, the pickup and drop-off is convenient and the pricing is competitive. Have used in the past and will continue to use for all my Uhaul needs.
Jeff LI made a reservation and I had printed the reservation paper with pick up and drop off location and price. Before I made a reservation, I researched and found the best deal so I already had the best price. I went to Timmy's Service Center to pick up the 26' truck and showed the owner to the printed reservation paper and told him the price on paper and confirmed it. After I received the transaction receipt email from U-haul, I was freaked out. Because the owner changed drop off location, changed the price over $1,1007.00 over and changed the mileage 23 less. Even the drop off location was "call (xxx)xxx-xxxx when you arrived in Aiken SC". The owner gave me the contract copy with very small letters so I couldn't read them without eyeglasses. I had printed reservation papers and I confirmed it to the owner so I didn't even know before I checked the email. After that I called U-haul and changed the drop off location again to the original drop off location and reported the dispute so I received a refund which was about $30.00 less. But it is ok. If U-haul didn't refund me, I almost called my credit card company to report it as "FRAUD'.BE AWARE OF THIS "Timmy's Service Center".

Gary FI returned the rental shortly after pickup because of undercarriage noise and feared damage to the vehicle. I appreciate how Timmys Service Center handled the return--kudos. Just a personal observation but a smile would have helped (but not necessary.)

CRAIG MI noticed that the windshield wipers were completely worn out. Could be dangerous if driven in rain. Just a suggestion to add this to your checklist.
