My location was changed and I received no notification causing me not to get the vehicle until 45 minutes after I arranged for. Meanwhile someone called me the day before and never mentioned this change.

JOSEPH RI do agree with other comments that the woman behind the counter was snippy, spoke low and quickly, so you could barely understand her, and got upset when you did not hear her, be having rudely. However, when Timmy, the owner was present, she displayed the opposite behavior! Moving Van was great!
Deborah OSpent a lot of money yet was given truck with half a tank. Run down location. Was not given a dropoff location address. Had to call 800 number to find out . Ridiculous
