Had no clue how or when to complete the truck checkout and the man at the station was very helpful. However, I did not receive the 6 furniture covers I paid for, so that’s not great.
MATTHEW DThe windshield wiper on the passenger side was not working properly and would flip over every time the wiper moved. As it was snowing and raining as I drove, this felt very unsafe, not to mention scaring me every time I used it. The truck itself was clean and worked well as I drove it 170 miles in one day. If it hadn’t been snowing I’m sure I wouldn’t have noticed.
KIMBERLY GNo one answered the phone and it was during work hours. There wasn’t a spot to park the truck so I had to make it fit in the regular stall.
CLARK VThe location was close and easy to find. The biggest drawback which I know you receive is the entrance and no parking area for customers or trucks.
TINA Gwe were not told they would be closing early so the pick up process was horrible. The truck was dirty inside and out, the windshield was so dirty you couldn't see anything out of it and inside there were chips crushed all over and was filthy. The gas tank was not near full and it was not a convenient situation at all! They did not answer phones. The blankets we ordered (12) were not included in the rental and since they closed early we did not receive the ordered (and paid for) blankets to protect our furniture and we were traveling across country and loading that night to leave before dawn so we were without blankets that we paid for and no one would answer on their end. Horrible situation to say the least
Stacey SI went to pick up my truck and there was no one at the uHaul office. I waited and waited and called central uHaul customer service. I was charged the full amount for the rental and was never able to even use it since I could not gain access to a key nor a human on site. I was given a CAF # by cust service and told that I would get a call back. I've heard nothing and am still waiting to be reimbursed. I'm disappointed and frsutrated that I'm spending more time now trying to get back to square one (get my money back).
Jacqueline BDrop off area was small and also an entrance to a storage facility... no where to park without blocking storage facility entrance gate.

Noah PThe truck had water spots inside of the cabin, other than that, it was clean. The pick up process was delayed 45 minutes because the person who changed the location pick up failed to activate the 24/7 share service so I had to call customer service to have that converted. It delayed everything.
Stalin MThe process of picking up the truck during non-working hours was a mess. Getting the team to call a verifying person took way too long. I was asked to get a second person to verify my identity even though the first person was never called. And responses in between my messages to the customer service agent took minutes at a time. I had people waiting at my house to help move and the time it took was an inconvenience to all of them.
Drew GLower your add on prices. The truck was $40 but I ended up paying $160. $120 for low mileage, a 2 or 3 gallons of gas, and taxes??? Come on. That's ridiculous.

Derek TI asked for blankets and they weren’t in the vehicle. Glad I didn’t end up needing them but the guy at the desk was quick to remove the charge.
Andrew GTruck not available at 10:30 am reservation time so had to wait until 1 pm to pick it up even though it was a guaranteed time we never received the guarantee $50 credit- also we see a $14 charge for safe move coverage which we never agreed to. Truck was filthy with mud inside and out. Staff was apologetic about the booking error and courteous.
Steven DRented a 26ft truck and got there and so did 3 other people I asked them to at least adjust the miles to no charge or the gas and they still charged me full price :(

Anthony GI ordered things like 2 dolly’s and furniture pads that were not in the truck, but I was still charged for them. Maybe have what people order actually in the truck if picking up after hours. Still waiting on a refund

JASON BThere's only three parking spaces and two of them are handicapped. The rep who gave us the keys was super nice and helpful but the site overall is just hard to pick up from since there's very few spots to park to pick up the rental
Madisen JJust be there when you are suppose to. We made our reservation well before our pick up time and no one was there to check the van out to us. We had to wait close to an hour for someone to show up. The van worked well, but was pretty dirty.

I was charged twice and was late to the move because we were dealing with all of the mistakes that went wrong. The location was fine the u-haul experience was not
Adam LThe place was closed and the phone number indicated for after hours only have information about a storage units rental. The website to return the truck didn't work. The app didn't load the information, took us several times to finalize the return. A pain a waist of time.

Adam PTime storage is fine, but uhaul didnt have my truck as reserved weeks before and made me drive much further and then charged me for the miles. Uhaul cost me hundreds more due to their mistakes. I am fuming and will never be using uhaul again as little has been done to correct this.
MICHAEL CIt took longer than expected because the website was not working properly to complete the transaction. The employe did not have a plan B to be able to complete the transaction and had us waiting a long time. The manager was finaly able to do it. Other options besides website should be available.
Diego SThe truck was supposed to be clean, but it had bug splatter all over the windshield and the front of the truck. We had to wash the windshield to be able to safely drive it. Being the type A person that I am, I washed it before turning it back in, so the next person wouldn't have this same experience.

Carrie DThey closed early the day we dropped off with just a sign in the window saying so. There was not enough parking, especially for big trucks, and 2 out of the 5 possible spots were filled with regular passenger vehicles. It was joke trying to park our truck for drop off.
