Again - a very frustration situation. They moved the return location (further away than originally planned) and then charged us an extra $30 for fuel. Based on these experiences, we rented from Penske the next week and had a generally better experience.

The parking lot is way too small. It’s hard to park those huge trucks. Also I never saw anyone face to face so that was a weird experience.
LUKE MMake the return process easier, especially after hours. I took me an hour to wrap up the turn in process because I had issues with the app and had forgotten to get fuel before returning the key. I was unable to upload pictures at the start of my rental. This is something that needs to be reminded before taking any equipment, and have the staff even walk thru with the customer. I did contact the place I was returning it to before closing to let them know I was running a little late and they reassured me I'd only be charged for the 24 hours I set up to rent the truck, I believe I might have gotten a little over charged instead. Please check .

Elijah BHad no clue how or when to complete the truck checkout and the man at the station was very helpful. However, I did not receive the 6 furniture covers I paid for, so that’s not great.
