The U-Haul representative was very professional, thorough, helpful, and polite. We were given a truck and trailer that did not have working lights. We switched the trailer, still no lights. We switched the truck, still no lights. We switched the new truck to the first trailer and we had lights. She worked hard using a floor jack to connect the trailer to the truck. It took a while, but she got it done and we were on our way.

Anne GA bit dingy looking with lots of non U-Haul vehicles around and a trailer for an office, so we were concerned driving in. However, the staff was great - friendly, efficient, helpful and the equipment, although showing its age, was well maintained and worked perfectly.

Lisa SI called to make sure I could be a bit late returning the Uhaul. The call was made about 13 hours before the due time. I double checked upon arrival the next day and was assured it was just fine. Then they charged me $70.00 for an extra day. Even if I had agreed to paying an extra day, why was it $50 more than the first 24 hours??

MARGARET BAdvertised rate was $19.95 per day but was charged $39.95 for some lame reason. Truck was almost empty when we picked it up. No one in the office when we returned it.

She's kind unlike security their just van was in had engine lite on but ran fine id recommend amber on 8th Street I'll send people there and I'll always go only there if I need truck again And everyone thinks good customer service is nowhere to be found well there's still great people like amber at uhaul 😀
DEBRA VStop lying to me. I was told if I got the trailer I rented dropped off before the date given on the contract I would be reimbursed some of the rental. I dropped it off a couple days earlier than the drop off date on the contract. I was told there was no reimbursement for early drop off. I don’t like being lied to.

Sheena OThe morning guy was great, but the crew at night left everything a mess for him to clean up, including my truck while juggling 3 other people in freezing temperatures. They left the truck unlocked overnight so homeless could enter and burn things in it - the morning guy swept it out for me, but I had to clean the floor and walls to even consider putting my belongings in it.

Anna RUhaul had a bad passenger tire at pick up. Breaks weren't good and required a lot of force and made nosie. AC worked intermittently, cab was hot. Uhual was hard to get out of the lot due to how it was parked.

Rosemary SI asked to pick up a van on Moreno Drive at the UHaul. I was told that if the van was at a different location that I would be notified. Since I don't have a car, I walked to the location on Moreno St. They told me they didn't have it. I had use a Lyft driver to get to Uhaul on 8th st. I couldn't pick it up until one hour later. Then I paid a Lyft driver to take me home. This cost me $20. No one at either location would accept responsibility for this error.
CROL LI put yes for for were personnel helpful but actually they were closed and no one was there.

MICHAEL FI didn't realize that the first 15 minutes of my reservation time would be taken up with the actual renting the vehicle portion. Maybe it doesn't take as long if you don't get there right at opening? Aside from that they were very helpful and didn't give me grief when I turned in the keys then had to immediately ask for them back because I left something in the van.

Bobby NIt took 40 minutes for my self-pickup to get approved. Nobody was at the location even though my pickup was during business hours. I got hung up on once by customer support an dhad to wait another 15 minutes to get on a call with a new support agent. The pickup process was so awful I never want to do it again. I'm a very patient person and this had me in tears.
Grace WGreat customer service. Parking lot is too congested. Can’t pull in or depart with cars blocking. I recognize this isn’t something that they can really control. Other than that little hiccup I had a great experience.

Seriously thank you to the manager and the woman who checked me in and out. You’re further out of my way but you have my business as long as I’m the springs.
Lawrence BWe got to location and found out that Uhaul changed our location twice and no truck was at the location I booked. Had to call uhaul and spend 20 minutes with them to get this fixed. We were told that there were notes in the system stating that Uhaul talked to us but we never talked to anyone. Very poor customer service, will not use again.
Andrew HI reserved the trailer for 9:30a.m. The manager did not show up until 10:17. The sign on the window showed opening hours every day beginning at 8:00. Four parties were waiting when he finally arrived.

Michael RThis is not the location I picked when I booked my order. Pick up time was also changed by the location operator to a later time. How do I get the $50 Guarantee of "Place and Time"?
KWOK-KEE LI had rented a tow dolly at a different location. The young man at this location told me it was against the law to haul it vehicle backwards on a tow dolly. It was either haul the car backwards or take the truck drive shaft out. After checking the laws of Colorado that does not State anywhere that you cannot tow a car backwards. I was also informed of the truck I was driving was not the tow vehicle and that I had to have the tow vehicle to pick up the unit. All in all a 20-minute stop to pick up a tow dolly. Turned out to bed two and a half hour ordeal. Why because the gentleman at the original location I rented the tow unit from. Did not know what he was talking about. When I arrived at the location on 8th Street. They informed me that the gentleman had the original location didn't know what he was talking about.
JOHN YTims mana gift towing places a sign on the front door that says “call for U haul rental help” Then when you arrive and call the gentleman on the phone talks to you like you’re a moron for calling and not coming inside. He’s short with you and rude. It was very awkward. His long pauses over the phone before he says “well…..(pause)….. don’t you think you should come inside for that?” I’m thinking why is there a sign that’s says call for u haul rentals then? All around very poor customer service.

Tomas MNothing, everything was fine. The manager was very helpful. Recommended a different hitch adapter. He had it in stock so I purchased it at a very affordable price. I was very satisfied.
Robert SNo one was there, the app didn't work correctly, and the guy who answered the phone kept dropping off. He then charged me for two days plus 6 gallons of gas when I had the truck for less than 3 hours, drove 62 miles, and used less than a 1/8th of a tank of gas. The app is not very user friendly as it kept taking me to pages to buy more stuff. It is hard to see where to click if I didn't want anything else...very sneaky. I spent 14 minutes trying to figure it out when I picked up the truck and 8 minutes when I returned it only to have to call the guy twice. Make the app easier to use on a mobile device and have someone at the pickup site during business hours.
