Michael AI had no idea that Drop off is at a towing company. I arrived, saw 2 tow truck drivers moving towing trucks. I went to the Uhaul door, it was locked even though the sign said open. The tow truck drivers did not acknowledge me, they saw me since I was parked right next to them and they moved the tow truck. I called the number I had for the Uhaul, spoke with someone, placed on hold. I saw one of the drivers speaking to someone on the phone as he was walking towards me. I asked him are you the one to help me he replied, yes “I was busy” I replied you could have acknowledged me, he then replied “you have to wait your turn”. Again, acknowledging me would have been nice, I had no idea that “I was in line”.
