Truck had steering issues all the way, needs work before it goes back on the road, as it could be dangerous!!!!

John FI called the day before pickup to confirm availability of truck and car dolly. When I showed up the next day the car dolly was not there for pickup, I then had to drive 45 miles round trip out of my way to pickup a car dolly before I was able to start loading. Improves- when a customer calls to confirm availability, if any doubt that the equipment won't be available for customer to pickup coordinate another option before hand.
