I've used this location a number of times and they ALWAYS are helpful, and the equipment is ready to go. This is a great location, easy in and out.

STEPHEN FThe location was great. The representative was fantastic!! I think U-Haul should evaluate the fleet and repair or remove some of the trucks past their prime. The 20' truck we rented was less than desirable to drive. The steering and overall comfort level with what might happen was a white knuckle experience. I understand it was just for local use due to the miles on it, but safety should come into play.
STEPHEN KIn Monument, I would only recommend this location. The other was a customer srv mess and not open on Sat. Would like to add that Tire Barn 2 should partner with a dumpster company. There is a local business called Haul of the Wild. Matt is a great business man. His contact is 719.431.6854.

TONYA LThis is directed to U-Haul IT dept. The user at the Tire Barn and the drop off location both were having trouble with your software. I have been in the POS software business for 35 years, including the development of a full blown system, customer centric, inventory, repairs, classes, travel and POS. From watching them struggle you need to put some more effort in. It doesn't help that at either location they could not complete the transactions. - Good Luck

TIMOTHY OGentlemen assisting us with the return was super friendly, and greeted us with a very friendly "hello!" and a smile. He was immediately ready to assist us with the return which I had already started on my phone. When we told him we came from Chicago, he welcomed us to Colorado. I was very happy with this especially after the HORRIBLE experience that I had when picking the trailer up in Uptown, Chicago. Was like night and day. He was apologetic for the miscommunication by the employees in Chicago and at least showed some empathy for the situation. I appreciated this after driving nearly 1,000 miles to get to Colorado. Please give my regards, he was very friendly and helpful.

Christopher MI rented the van specifically to tow a trailer with rental equipment. The trailer could not be attached to the truck's hitching ball due to it's location on the truck's bumper. Renting the truck turned out to be a waste of money.

ROBERTO ZThe location looks like a dirty closet of a cheap thrift store. Service is slow. Strange vibes overall. A worker who manages the blankets was acting weird and cursing in front of a child, and they had a young boy there who was interfering with the checkout process, talking about lifting trailers and attempted to hookup my vehicle incorrectly so I had to ask him to step aside before he damaged my vehicle connector.

scott mI reserved a vehicle from one location. I was called to be informed it wouldn't be at that location. I understand that vehicles ad aren't always accessible. However, when asked if I could get a reduction of milage (miles I drive minus the difference between the two locations), I was told "that's not possible". I get so tired of hearing "that's not possible" from businesses. I was also told that vehicles aren't always at a location. I told them I understand that, but when I made the reservation, the bottom of the webpage explained that I agree to pick up a vehicle at the original location. If your website / company can't meet an agreed location, either take it off the web or give a reduction of miles. It was bad business in my opinion.

JOEL SNot 100% satisfied with the fuel at checkout. Contract was 7/8 but I submitted a picture of actual fuel quantity. Contract wasn’t updated after my picture was submitted. I put $20 more fuel in than when I left.
