Owner is a tool and after checking in online I had to redo it all at the office. I can maybe buy its do to systems not being available however when he demanded an alt contact and when I told him online its optional his response what well then your not getting a van and put key away. Customer service isnt his bag. I won't rent from him ever again
brooks pThe trailer was in good shape and worked well. The location was not one I would recommend. Nor will I be returning to that location. There are other locations in and around Monument I've used in the past and never had any issue. If others are being improperly charged for extra days/fees from this location, I'd question the integrity of this operation. It is a waste of your customers' time and money dealing with a problem we didn't cause. Not a good business model!
