Randal MHonestly this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with renting from U-haul. Most places I have been the staff has been not so helpful. I have even had someone from another location install a trailer on my truck and they never actually tightened it down on the ball. Luckily it didnt come off and I caught it before I loaded it. But this location was amazing and very friendly service. Made the experience very quick and easy. I unfortunately am terrible with names but the gentleman that helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions. He definitely deserves a pay raise.
