Location was not receptive and the attendant was too busy too help us. He only pointed to where we should drop the trailer.. There were puddles that needed to be negotiated and navigated. We received communication two days after drop-off that another location had been designated and then charges were assessed. Toni, a representative on the phone was very patient and kind and resolved the extra charges issues.
Ronald Hclean the trucks out. drop box broken had to search for an employee to return keys. trash and broken glass every where.
ALICIA MStaff were friendly, but location was sketchy, dirty, and disorganized. Also zero signage or indication that this is a U-Haul dealer.
