I have rented with U-Haul many times before but have never had such a poor experience as I did with this place. For starters they were supposed to be open at 10:00 which is what time my rental was scheduled the guy didn’t show up until 10:30-1045. The Truck was disgusting, from the foul odor to the entire truck being severely scratched and dented. All throughout the back of the truck, the sides, even the back of the mirrors were badly dinged and knocked. Returned the truck early because I could tolerate the smell to complete my move.
