Emergency brake light was stuck on, terrible when gears were shifting, was suppose to get a discount for mileage and upfront cost due to me having to change location’s but then never got the discount added.

Dayani DClean the vehicle prior to releasing to customer. The location appearance was not what I would have expected for a U-Haul representative. It was a very tired looking lot and building. Pick up was complicated and time consuming.
