Worst moving experience I have ever had. Made a reservation at one location a week in advance for a truck, they didn't have it when I got there at my scheduled time. They sent me to a different location and said there's a truck for me there, and when I arrived they said they don't have a truck. Finally, 3rd location I was sent to had a truck for me. Not only did I lose hours of time for moving, I spent even more gas driving around, and the truck apparently had a hole in the roof because a bunch of my boxes and items got wet. I don't think I'll ever work with uhaul again.

Location wasn’t open at pick up time, even though U-Haul said they would be. had to wait 30+ minutes for someone to show up. Didn’t have the other equipment that we had rented. (furniture, dolly, moving blankets), even though reservation had confirmed.
