Looks like 3 of the 4 tires were replaced.. 1600 miles trip with a bubble in the tire. Luckily did not burst.. but the trailer shook the whole way north. I rent twice a year from UHaul to transport our car. Maybe a discount can be provided for my next rental. Thank you.

From looks not a nice location. rental person did the bare minumum, not very friendle. Felt like I was a was a bother, not a customer.

JASON POperating hours are not as advertised, not there and one phone number goes to voicemail and the does not connect. I filled the truck at Sam's Club and have the receipt and I also videoed the truck when I dropped it off fuel of fuel and they said it was only half full. I had a charge for fuel on my credit card the next mooring. So i went to the U-Haul location where I found a kid walking around doing the rental check-ins. He said I had to call the next day. He didn't know who his boss was? Some kin of scam going on here?
Thomas GPerson working there wanted to know who told us to bring it there and at first it appeared he wasn't going to let us drop off the trailer. Then he said okay and told us where to put the trailer which we had to unhook and roll it into a spot ourselves.

I asked for it again and he said he had a customer. I said I am a customer. He relented but was unhappy about it. I got the receipt but will not go back again.

MICHAEL BWhen a customer makes a reservation well in advance and moving blankets weren't available to me. I was told very simply that none were available. When I asked why not the man had no answer.
Gary LAfter nearly an hour trying to complete the mobile pickup with limited help from customer service I was told the vehicle wasn’t on site and sent to two different locations to find it. When I finally got through to scheduling they sent me back to the original location where I found the vehicle block in by two others hidden behind the building. The process of pick up took over 90 minutes. This location lacks the staff and training to service the u-haul brand and while I probably will use u+haul again I will never return to this location.

MICHAEL NWe turned the truck in before the 24 hours was up but they didn't check us out until 6 hours later, then charged us for 2 days. This location is very unprofessional. We specifically chose another location, closer to us, but the day before we received a text that they moved us to this location for pick up. We are considering using another company, just so we don't have to keep dealing with this particular site.
Gary RI'm a disabled veteran and when I arrived at this location I approached a B/M and advised him I was there for my reservation and was immediately told to move my car because a tow truck driver was dropping off a red Ford or Mercury and needed to pull that car into their garage. So I just told my wife to leave with the car so I didn't have to hear the guy ask me to move my car again. Then it took 20-25 minutes to get my 15' truck. The truck was very clean inside and out.

Andrew SI was charged for an extra day, even though I returned the rental truck the very next day on June 2. Rental was good until 3 June.
Chris GRequested counter service at pick up. No one at location upon arrival. Took 45 min to get truck. Truck did not have a ramp which made loading and unloading much more difficult. During drop off, observed a man deficating on the side of the building. Disgusting.

Diane SThe Gentleman who hooked up my trailer failed to latch the ball latch. When I stepped into the trailer to start loading, the hitch came off of the ball and damaged my tail gate on my truck. The Threshold plate was not secure inside of the trailer and kept moving every time I stepped on it. This presents a tripping/fall hazard for which U-Haul might be liable for. Fortunately, I was very careful, and no injury occurred. Both issues were reported when I dropped off the trailer at my destination.
kraig bI feel like I was way overcharged $60 basically for the 15-ft truck for 2 days excellent I went from Sebastian I mean Vero Beach Florida to Sebastian and back and was charged $165 and some change so I also put $17 on some change in the gas and then added another seven and they said I still owe 850 in gas I don't see this at all I don't know who's charging what but I feel like I was way overcharged I would like some of my money refunded immediately please call me or email me you do have my number on file and my email address sandymoorer9@gmail.com
