Friendly and fast service. Great for a quick move too and from storage
KEVAN GThe location itself leaves much to be desired. It is dirty , unkept and does not lend itself to comfortable, professional and business-like. The attendant was however, efficient and courteous.
Daniel FIt was some confusion had to call to find out the right location because the location that was given had closer sign on the windows. When we got their attendant said he had been trying to call me and I never got a call. Advised him that we called a spoke with Nicole from customer service and she had to call someone to try to find out. But it felt as if the guy was going to cancel. I just did not think he had it all together and it really was not a presentable location to feel like you can trust.
Trinn JI did make a reservation at a inconvenient time and picked up on a day the building was closed, but the uhaul part said open. But my key for the truck i reserved was in the box and i ended up usimg a 26' instead of the 15' i needed.. and to be fair. I didnt even need a 15'. I couldve used a van. Regardless. Trucks were clean, and no major issues with vehicle itself.
