Dirty. Had to enter through a working garage and storage areas no help in disconnecting or leaving the trailer. Not helpful for returning. no one wearing a mask. Didn't register the return for 3 days after the trailer had been returned and only after calling to inquire as to why.

The people at the location aren't helpful. The customer care number has a long waiting time around 15-20min. I took it from the 24/7 pick-up but still they have a pickup time beyond which you can't pickup the truck. This is so stupid, it completely defies the purpose of something being 24/7.

I was sent there to rent a van. Female said my M/C debt was not accepted to rent a van. She proceed to find a smaller truck. I had no idea she meant a 10 foot truck which I drove to my location I could not step up to close the huge pull down door so when I return, after removing my items from truck I returned to location. Told agent big mistake and to put me into I truck I could not handle was inexcusable on her part. She had no care other than to say “ tried to help you”. I'll seek litigation!'m

Very unprofessional the representative for uhaul was actually on a phone call using her Bluetooth and trying to assist me first she didn't have none of the extra equipment I needed then I was over charged there were 2 transactions on my account and neither one was what the actual bill was so never go there.

The rental office wasn't accessible from area marked “Uhaul”. Attempted to access it from Uhaul entry, it was locked. Walked around to front and it was locked. Turned in key to 24/7. Tire Business that operates out of shared building provided information regarding the Uhaul service in returning truck after contact by phone.

Counter representative is nice and helpful, but it takes a long line to be served. Hard to find the entry of Uhaul store. The customer service line of Uhaul never be taken and the online chat takes forever.

This location hooked up a trailer to a ball that had a shank that was too short, knew there was no lock washer on it, told me that it they were not sure about it, and then let me go anyway and said "you'll be fine". The trailer came unhitched from the truck going down the interstate. I thought that they were very nice and helpful, but later found out that they attached a different picture to my contract in an attempt to cover up the fact that they hook a trailer up to a bumper pull using a ball with a shank that was 2 inches too short. This was an extremely negligent act that could have killed someone.

I went and spoke to the lady at the front desk to pick up the 6X12. I was polite throughout our interaction and she gave me instructions on where the trailer was and to back up. I did as she told me and left my hitch about 2 inches from the nose of the trailer (pretty good to me). She came out with her Clío board and a gentleman that hooked up the trailer. She asked me to help the gentleman pick up the nose of the trailer but before I could respond the gentleman picked it up and hooked it in a matter of seconds. Good job to the gentleman. My problem with this location is that I was asked to help pick up a trailer and the lady with the clipboard got annoyed with me because in her mind I did not want to help (which would be false). I have back problems and the gentleman moved to hook the trailer before I I had a chance to respond. The lady just stood there and shook her head at me in shame (so sad that she would do that). The other issue that I have with this location is that they did not do any proper inspection either on my hitch or the trailer. They did not confirm the weight rating Or check if all the electrical worked before I left. Finally as soon as the gentleman was done connecting the chains and the electrical plug, they both turned around and left without saying a word to me. If the lady said something, she spoke it to the air because she didn't turn to me and acknowledged me as to say that they were done and that I could go. I was left standing there somewhat confused. Shortly after realizing they were done with me, I left wondering if it was safe to take the trailer without a proper. Overall, this location had bad Customer service and left I left with a poor impression.

The website is HORRIBLE - takes way too long to complete and is for nothing when you show up to the location and they don't have what you need - go to another location and they have what you need but systems are down and you cannot rent - had to send 4 movers home and pay them for UHAUL's mistake - I will not be using UHAUL anymore

I was sent to this location because the ones by my house say they had no trucks, but trucks in lot. Driving from the Uhaul location to my house was about 13 mile to and 13 mile from. This is a problem to me because you are charging by the mile.

The “location” is great, but.. y'all need to stock up on all supplies that are all available online.. wasted my time going to Home Depot to get the supplies that y'all should've had in stock.. the manager needs to stop trying to pinch money into his bank account and actually provide for the store inventory

Did not know how to remove the tow dolly to get our car from the tow said he had never done it before and there was no one else available who knew , left the chain attached to the axle and told me to drive away from the tow, almost tore my wheels off.

I had the pick up time set to 8:00 and did not get helped until 8:45. I also needed 2 utility dollies and an appliance dolly, but the location did not have any even though I had confirmed it on my reservation. This meant I had to drive to another UHaul location and pick those up so I was delayed over 2 hours from my initial pick up time.

Everything about this most recent visit was unprofessional. I had originally scheduled for an earlier time and was told that I would need to reschedule for a later time due to the business hours at this location. After arriving to the facility on time, I was told to sit and wait because “sanitation was need in the work area. “ I found it unprofessional because my time was being compromised. After waiting nearly 5 minutes, I was then told that the uhaul truck that I scheduled for was not available and that there would be a 15 minute wait to get a different uhaul truck. I then asked why would I need to wait so long sense I've already scheduled and I'm now being inconvenienced. The woman at the desk was very unsure and nearly made the process one that I regret. I then left and decided to call uhaul customer service line and was given a different truck that was unnecessarily big for the same price. Though it was a nice gesture for my inconvenience, it did not suffice for the near 45 minutes wasted that pushed back my entire schedule. I wws told that management would contact me and never received any phone calls or emails. I'm truly dissatisfied.

I would like a refund of the $15 fuel charge I received. This is a complete lie. The gage was filled to 3/4 as instructed I have a receipt with the gallons filled as well as time and location of gas station.m that proves such. I expect a full refund of this fuel charge IMMEDIATELY
