Location does not have parking for trucks, they park around the block, and at the moment to return nobody was there to attend, I ask for Sunday hours and they said 9-5pm, I get there before 5 and it was closed, so I just drop the key in the uhaul box placed outside, but yesterday when I receive the paperwork with the charges they charge 2 extra days, saying that I return the truck 2 days later... I recommend to drop your truck on a place where real uhaul personal is present not on a third parties business, now I'm fitting to claim those extra charges. Be careful on this place. I rent this trucks for 4 years on a uhaul locations, and is the first time that this happened to me on this 3rd parties location. I'M NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..
Porfirio GIt's not the employees which were very nice and professional but the location is kind of scary at least on the day we went there next to a weed shop and with a lot of sketchy people milling around there. On the up side it was very close to where we needed the truck so we appreciated that part of the location and the manager was very helpful and polite and pickup was easy.
Erik KI was charged full price for the dolly and an extra day even though I returned the dolly and truck on time.
Manas RNOT RECOMMENDED. Make sure they close the contract out in front of you. I was assured everything would be taken care of when I returned the rental well within the contracted time period, but found out later that they falsely charged for additional time.
