Terrible experience with their billing and customer service. I rented a truck and only drove exactly 5 miles, but I was charged for 12 miles. I immediately contacted customer support and provided clear evidence of my actual mileage. The representative assured me that the issue was resolved and that my bill had been corrected. However, when the final charge went through, I was STILL charged for the 12 miles. It is completely unacceptable to be overcharged, but it's even worse when customer service makes false promises and fails to actually fix the issue.

They are frauds. I barely drove 5 miles but they charged me for 45 miles. They cheated me with the initial meter reading. I thought they are good people that’s why I didn’t take any photos of the initial meter reading.

Sai HHorrible. No place to drop the trailer. The side lot was nothing but potholes full of water. The staff was very slow and non helpful. They actually charged me for and extra day. I took in back a day early.
