This truck was the third truck I had to rent due to my move... the first two rental trucks were 20 foot and the third a 15 foot. I had no issues with the 15 foot. But I believe I was over charged for the first 20 foot and possibly the second one as well. Nobody bothered to tell me on the first truck that any time left on the truck would be my loss if turned on a day early but even without that charge I still believe I was overcharged.. at this point, I’m not certain that I’ll ever rent a u-haul again. Regardless of what y’all say about the “other guys”!!!!

Service was quick. Picked up about 530PM on Saturday. In and out of the store within 10 minutes. The truck was cleaned and in good condition. Never had an issue with the truck. Return was easy too. The employee suggested I take a picture of the gas and mileage to compare to the receipt. A pleasant experience overall.

I had the pickup scheduled for 7 AM and when I got there I was told I wouldn’t be able to pick it up for 8 AM after calling a number provided on the app he was able to get the process going. After 30min I was able to get my keys only to find that the truck I was getting was blocked in by another truck. Long story short I didn’t leave there till 8am.. an hour after my scheduled pickup. Customer service at this location is awful. I would call about my $50 U-Haul guarantee for not being able to get my truck at my scheduled time but I do not feel like going through the hassle.

I already have referred this location of U-Haul to several of my friends and colleagues. I was very impressed with the immediate attention I received and my observation of how other customers were being attended to as well. If that's not enough... they're a 24hour service location!!! Great job guys!

Headlight was out in the truck ..Exhaust fumes was coming in the Truck causing me a headache and about two psss out ..Smoke was going everywhere...The muffler was off as well..Truck needs to be taken out of fleet service for maintenance ASAP

This place is not a good representation of a company such as U-Haul. Trailer was filthy with bags of household garbage when I got to my destination and opened the rear door. Upon returning it to the pickup location. I had to unhitch the trailer myself. As many times as I have rented your equipment in the past few years I have never had such an experience. I am pissed and embarrassed by this situation. I want a full refund and your facilities should be held to a better standard than what I saw and experienced today. I want a full refund. 832-427-9584

The rental drop off information was wrong. I returned that on 2nd not on 8
First, please do not bill me for rental I did not make. I have called U-Haul customer service and told a manager would be in touch with me within 5 business days. That was two weeks ago. I have been on hold for two separate calls to follow-up for 30-plus minutes each. One call I was disconnected by whoever answered the telephone and the other I gave up as I did not have time to waste. I have submitted a dispute to my credit card company and in one more week, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to log a complaint. This is a significant sum of money and I would expect better out of U-Haul.

I got charged for 2 rental periods when I only had the truck for less than two hours. When I booked the truck over the phone, (the person I spoke with was not at this location) I was promised 24 hours. I returned the truck after an hour and a half (I have evidence that it was only 1.5 hours) at this location. Somehow, in this process my service period got changed from 24 hours, to 2 hours, without notifying. Then they logged that I returned the truck after 3 hours of use instead of 1.5 hours. Therefore, I got charged for two rental periods. I spoke with UHaul Customer service and they refunded me, but this all feels very sketchy. Not using this location again.

The rep was really rude. Wasnt helpful at all. No one came hooked up the trailer or check the lights. When i ask what triler i should hood up to ? she pointed me to the trailer from inside the building. And inwas directed to the wrong trailer. Worst customer service ever

The 610 location itself was awesome and the people there were nice and provided fast service. Your customer service line was terrible. I called in to book a U-Haul for a 10pm pickup and was scheduled to do so at the San jacinto location which come to find outis only open until 7pm and doesn’t have express pickup available. I called customer service about this and the lady was not helpful and was rude. When I asked for assistance finding another U-Haul available right now she told me I could just do it online and when I asked if she could look it up since I had already been waiting on the phone for an hour, and she hung up on me. Thank god for the 610 express location. They helped out greatly.
