Not clean very dirty!
Michael GI choose the mobile checkout to speed up the process but when I went inside to get keys I had to wait an additional 30 mins because they decided to do the checkout process all over again which defeats the purpose of the self check out. I also paid extra for a utility dolly which was missing on the back of the truck. I called and asked them why wasn’t it on the back of the truck and they said they don’t have dolly’s at that location. My move has her pushed back until I found a U-Haul location with a dolly! They also didn’t go over mileage information with me so when I returned the truck I didn’t know what to put the gas tank on.

Vicki DPicked up truck at 8 pm. trash in cab and a cigarette lighter. Not in a lighted area so hard to see damages. Got truck to my apartment that night. Next morning had to call service to change tire because it had big gash in tire and tire was coming off rim.
Lillian NThis is not where I was supposed to drop off the truck. The location I was contracted to refused the truck and told me he would have it towed if I tried to return it there. This was an alternate that U-Haul found. Hard to get in to and not a very safe location. There was no one there so we had to take pictures and return online. It is a tire shop next to a marijuana dispensary. Lots of homeless people around as we are having to take pictures of the truck and go through the steps of the online return.

Robert MMaps took me to the back of the business. It was hard to know where to go to park truck. A man just pointed and that was it. There were a couple men on the property but no one acknowledged me for a bit and then another man came out and took the keys from me.
Robin M(1) I would of Explained Location pick up better... (2) I would TEXT lock box numbers to customer so they can conveniently pick up truck keys... (3) It was Raining badly and their was mud and water pooling in the parking lot = need better parking lot draining. (4) Folks were as helpful as they could with Pick up and Drop off.
Jimmy LThe actual front door was down the block from the drop off point for the truck. The door was locked. The employee didn’t even ask for our name or go look at the vehicle. He had people inside the location on slot type machines. It was also located next door to a CBD business that was selling actual marijuana according to the multitude of people in the parking lot. Very unprofessional.

Called, and couldn’t get through to them for so long then they said there nothing they can do.

BRIANNA MMy elderly father was told he had to unhitch the trailer himself. Finally, a young guy there asked if he needed help. Then it was really heavy even for both of them to lift out. The dirt lot was muddy. Very slippery for foot holding to lift the trailer. I saw a nail clipper lying on the ground with the point up for someone to run over. The lady seemed like we inconvenienced her just by being there. The location is hard to get in and out of and probably still would be even without the construction. It is on an access road (one way) so the entrance is back but if anyone were to miss it I can see how it would have someone driving around.

Joshua WThe trucks are located in a mud pit. The staff are unprofessional and rude. Will never use this location again. This was the worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul and will not recommend this location.
LOUIS GTrailer was dirty and had a bad tire (blew out while towing). Trailers were partially blocked by other vehicles in the lot.
Nigel PThe wheel was shaking the truck speed wouldn't go pass 60 and they rented me the wrong truck Size they orver charged me and the clerk tried to argue with me saying it was the right size NEVER AGAIN will I rent from the 24 hr tire place

JAMES BI made a reservation starting at 5pm. I did not receive my keys to the truck until 6:30pm because they could not be found. aInstead of just assigning me a different truck with available keys I had to sit and wait an hour and 30 minutes. I did everything through the app so that my check out experience would be fast and instead I had to wait. The Haul customer service rep was very rude.

Randy SFirst of all the employee at the Uhaul shop should be there at the time that I reserved the uhaul. I reserved it from Tuesday August 30th at 1:00pm with the returning date was August 31 at 1:00pm. We finally got to pick it up at 1:45pm which put us behind. He as not very professional. I would Not recommend this location to anyone!!!
michelle mPickup was for 9am, we had to wait on the "Uhaul guy" and did not get checked in until after 9:40am. He did not show us to the truck or anything. We were told to go around back and find our truck based on the numbers. Trucks were parked in a muddy grass area so we had to spend time walking around. This location also is not at the address provided on the Uhaul website. It's down the street, has no signage, and the front door remains locked so you have to walk around back calling out for someone to help.

Shirley DGot a truck with a check engine light on and had to switch to another after waiting a good while for the first one. Then had to wait again for the second one. Got back and the mobile check in would not work. Tried all suggestions on the webpage with no success. Tried to get help inside and the guy told me he didn't work for me and I need to call the uhal number. Tried to call and it was over an hour wait. Tried the chat feature as suggested, I wated 10-15 mins three different time as it did not work on my phone twice. Had to get a computer to use the feature. All in all a very long and troublesome process. Very disappointng.
Lee JUHaul didn't inform me that my pickup wasn't at the specified location. The location itself was hard to get into (front door is locked and there is no buzzer and no way to see in the window). The mounting plate for the door latch was missing 3 of its 4 rivets and kept falling down, allowing the trailer door to be opened even while it was locked.

OLIVIA HThe truck wasn't clean or filled up with gas. I had also reserved some blankets, but they didn't have any available for me. BJ did his best to help me out, and was kind and courteous. But I wish the transaction had been faster and more efficient.
Tanya YThis is the most miserable experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I was supposed to pick up the truck at a location that I verified on the phone with a UHaul rep the day before. When I showed up 30 minutes early at 8:30 AM, I was told the UHaul guy would be there at 9 am. I waited and the UHaul rep said that the location I was supposed to pick up the truck at was down the street about 1/4 mile. I walked since I was dropped off. No one at the 2nd location, waiting on hold for UHaul cust svc for 45 minutes.
RICHARD LClear communication beforehand about where exactly to pick up truck. Also the mobile pick up experience was not functioning the morning I needed to use it and had to spend 45 minutes on hold to speak to a representative to get help.
Natasha CI asked them when I returned the car that the fuel level was almost half . And i made sure its ok to bring it almost half tank as i took it but they still charged me extra 11 dollars for fuel which is unfair and annoying cz i made sure with the guy and he said u r totally fine . But sadly he charged me 11

Daniel MDid not come outside to check the miles and truck. They did not check in the truck until weeks later. Got calls twice stating I had not dropped off the truck. Then received a charge on my credit card that I do not agree with. Poor customer service.
