I arrived as scheduled at 9am for my Uhaul and then due to a computer glitch had to wait almost an hour to leave with the truck. Super annoying, stressful and I had paid workers sitton around for 1.5 hours. Customer service person on 800 # not helpful at all.

The location was completely gated and locked up when I arrived to do an after-hours drop off as advertised on your webpage and on the physical documentation provided to me. Since the gates were all shut, there was no place I could safely leave the truck so I had to keep it overnight. The drop-off location did not open the next day until the late morning the next day, after my 24 hour rental had elapsed, causing me to be charged a late fee. This meant that my 24 hour rental was essentially an 8 hour rental, since there was no possible way to return the truck on time if it was not at the drop-off by 5pm.

I pre-checked, then waited 30 minutes because the employee couldn't figure out how to complete the transaction. Then when I returned the vehicle, at the exact time I said I would, the employee was at lunch and wouldn't return, and told me to just leave the vehicle and it'll be fine. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that because I expected us to review the vehicle before I walked away, and he said it'd be fine. He refused to return and I couldn't wait or return in an hour, when he said he'd be done with lunch, so I had to leave it. Of course, I videotaped the vehicle but I'm left to trust that nothing happened to the vehicle after I walked away.
