The guy who helped me was nice and knowledgeable. The reason I give a low rating is my car’s park break was left on even after we had spoke about it. I also read about it on the U-Haul website. I just did not realize Toyota Corollas automatically turn on the park break when loading onto a dolly. I wish the employee had checked when he parked it on the dolly and watched me drive off the property to make sure things looked right. I will have to replace both back tires now. Also the digital picture feature timed out so I couldn’t properly take pictures.
