The previous renter of the U-Haul was very late to return, and then drove away with the keys - an issue beyond the control of the U-Haul Company and the staff at TJ's Grocery. The Staff at this location were extremely helpful in resolving the issue as soon as they could and also helped talk to the area manager who graciously gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The rating above is reflective of the staff and team - excellent!

You should mention clearly in your website that customer has to pay the gas price separately in addition to rent fee, environmental fee and per km fee. The price is too high which should be reasonable.
