Rate the trucks at unlimited miles so the rental is transparent prior to setting it up. I frequently rent with another company that does and I prefer that and will continue to use them.

I was initially disappointed that the truck I was trying to reserve doesn't even exist at the location listed online and was forced to get a smaller truck that cost the same to rent. The transaction only got worse. This was by far the worst attempt by a company to complete a transaction virtually that I have ever experienced. My registration got changed to my alternate driver. This caused major issues when trying to check in since he didn't have his passport and I couldn't use him as the alternate contact. I actually could not use the check in at all the day I went to pick up the truck, not even with the app. No one would answer the phone. It took me 45 minutes to pick up my truck!!! Dropping it off was even difficult. I would never recommend using this process to anyone. Ever. Frustrated does not even begin to describe how I felt at the end of what should have been a very straight forward and simple transaction.

The trailer 1st tried had a defective jack. The 2nd one was old. One tire is ready for a tire swing. It was heavy for our little motor to pull. The chains and ratchet were rusty and didn't work very well, one came loose and the tire net came off. Not impressed with the equipment !
