SHENETRA BThis was the third U-Haul store I went to. Where I had my reservation, they had 1 and the lights did not work. The second location was closed on a Tuesday. I am very greatful TMR was able to take care of me. Disappointed that U-Haul website did not provide information about how bad the 1st 2 locations are
WALTER RTruck had chicken crumbs, dirt and grass on the floor, cigarette ashes on the dash, a filthy windshield, and the entire ride felt like riding in a kids bounce house on wheels. When I called UHAUL customer service for assistance before I left the pickup site, I received no helpful response. I've rented from UHAUL several times, but this experience has soured me. I was alsobcharged a mystery fee and told that even though UHAUL doesn't charge it, TMR is a sub contractor and can basically just take my money.

GREGORY BThe representatives aren't trained. It took almost a hour for her to complete the transaction to use a certificate. She gave me false information that if I used cash my deposit would return back to my card because it was saved in the system. The drop off location called and said it had to be mailed. But it took forever which made my moving time late. Moving is hard therefore the uhaul shouldn't be such a hassle.

Steven RHad a bumpy start trying to get the keys but that was just me with app operation and completions of the process.
suzanna LThe first truck I rented I stopped a few miles from dealer to fill up with fuel drove a few miles and the service and abs lights came on. Returned to the dealer and got the 2nd truck. When I opened the truck the next morning it had a huge amount of cardboard plastic and styrofoam that was left inside the truck. I had to dispose of this before I could load my truck. This cost me a lot of time and money as I had a crew that I was paying to load my truck. And all these issues together cost me a and additional day of rent for truck and trailer.
Odie BCheck to make sure the gas hand is right. I was charge for additional gas that wasn't in it. I didn't check to make sure the paper match the odometer.
Anne TThere is nothing that needs improvement. The staff was so nice and also knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend this location to everyone. I was very pleased with my experience. Do not change a thing.

Whitney HI enjoyed every person I dealt with. great customer service!!!! I reserved with one location U-Haul Moving & Storage at 51st & Hwy 169 , and had to pick up at a different location 3500 S Sheridan Rd I scheduled drop off at one location, 275 John r junkin drive. but another location called (I don’t know where) and wanted to know where the trailer was. The system is broken and needs to be fixed. the whole, unsure of where to pickup/drop off needs to be fixed. I made reservations for this. it scared me and with enough stress from moving, I don't need to second guess the moving vehicle reservations that I had with this experience.
