After hours drop off. When I set my contact up I requested a drop off in jena la that I could drop off on my way to work. However between renting and returning my drop off location went 40 minutes in the opposite direction causing me to make a special trip to natchez. I have filed a dispute but that has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the location.
