I’ve used U-Haul for many things in the past three decades, but I won’t want to use it again because of the horrible way we have been treated since our rental in June of this year. We had trouble with finding a trunk I had to settle for a smaller one had to dry 50 miles out of our way to get it and then was charged for it have to be until we would not have to pay to go get the truck. We used movinghelp.com and had a horrible experience with Movers who were costume threatened us and destroyed a very expensive 75 inch flatscreen TV we have tried over a month to get this handle and just keep getting passed around. I am sick of it. I got all of the insurances to make sure this would not happen, but it did not matter. I am still trying to settle this problem. I have had to fill out the forms to make a claim three times I have poop in my emails my ass to do the same thing you know avail I am telling everyone I know to pay the big bucks to the Movers because eventually you’ll get stuck anyway I am so disappointed in U-Haul.

Mark Amake sure the oil cap is in place. When i got it to my house (aprox. 15 miles) smoke was coming from the engine and there was oil all over the engine and it didn’t have any oil on the dip stick. This caused a big delay in getting another truck and loading up. This caused me a lot more problems
