They overcharged me they quote me one price and then add on an additional charge, and I am about to call better Business bureau if I don't get my refund back and trust me you don't want me to go social media, horrible horrible service
nioyonu cAwfull location, the person that received the car did not know what to do. I checked the return car myself in order to finish the drop off procedure. I could have put anything in the form. I am just letting you know that I had very bad experience in that location.
Mario CI did not receive the dolly and furniture pads I requested on line. The store owner was helpful and helped me figure out the pick up process.
Christian CExtremely dangerous part of town. No drop off box. Had to get on live chat and call UHAUL to figure out where to drop it. Local business owner told me they were going to tow the uhaul... come to find out that was the correct lot and drop off after calling and texting. No clear signage at all for where to drop keys. Much more difficult and dangerous than it needed to be.
