The cab of the truck was dirty. The trailer was clean inside. We were told that was what we needed to bring back clean. We were charged a cleaning charge for the dirty cab when we dropped off the vehicle. Also, the windshield wipers were in shreds. When we ran into bad weather, we had to pull over and wait.STEPHEN W.

I dropped off at night. There was no security for the rentals. The lot was overgrown and crowded. there was no clear drop-off point for anything and I could hardly tell it was a Uhaul location.AUSTIN P.

Had to drive 35 miles from my home to get the truck instead of the location in my hometown, which I was "compensated" 30miles, which didn't help my total mileage because I had to drive further in the first place. Additionally, the location listed the gs tank as "FULL" on the paperwork, when in fact it was approx 5/6 full upon receiving the truckJulian B.

The uhaul was in very rough shape. The door fell apart while we were driving. There was no AC and the overall experience was not good. I appreciate this location and they are always helpful. I was disappointed by the quality of the vehicle though.taylor U.

I purchased tape, rented blankets and a hand dolly online. None were available and I had to be reimbursed. I asked for a 17 ft truck and got a 26 footer. When I arrived in Dallas, there were no hand dollies to unload either. So frustrating to not have the tools needed.David H.
The boss was late for our pick up by 1 hour and then proceeded to lie to us about when we scheduled our pick up as if we were early. One of the employees told us that their boss who is uhaul certified shows up late a lot so it's not uncommon for this to happen. Having the boss be 1 hour late put me in a huge bind because my move was very time sensitive. Also, the inventory was incorrect online to what was at the store. They didn't have any of the items we asked for in getting our uhaul.Jordan B.

No U-Haul rep was in the office at 0900 when I attempted to return trailer. I had to ask for when they would be in and was told "an hour". The counter person appeared he didn't want to be bothered with your product. No one checked the trailer for cleanliness or damage. There was not a clear parking area for the trailer (I apparently put it in a nearby business' parking space). I won't use this business again either. On a positive note, the gear worked perfectly just a bad experience with people.George B.

The truck was in good working order when picked up but half way through our move the air condition quit working and there was a dinging noise from the dash for the parking brake which we never usedNicoya R.
We were told our truck would be ready to pick up at 8 a.m. It was not there. We had to wait until 2 p.m., which put our day considerably behind. They were very apologetic -- but it was difficult because we had workers on both ends that could not get the work done in a timely fashion.Jan S.
