staff was very rude, I'm 81 yrs old, staff did not help or offer to help in hookup, when I returned no place for trailer, staff expected me to move other trailers to make room to park trailer I rented. I called to let them know I was going to be an hour late and when I dropped it off they charged me for an extra day. FOR ONE HOUR?? When I reserve a 20' truck at my preferred location and then the day before I pick it up, UHaul changes the pick up location to the next county and 20 miles away. This is absolutely pathetic customer service. You would think a 77 year old company could have figured out how to manage truck reservations by now!CHANDLER B.

The truck was in the back in the mud. I had to basically get it unstuck and then it was muddy the while time I had it. The price quoted was nowhere near accurate. Ended up paying twice what I was quoted online.MARK C.

When I picked the truck up, the check out process was needlessly difficult. I had to upload my drivers license again and then I waited over 20 minutes for the approval and never got it. Everything should be taken care of before pickup so the customer can literally come, pick up the truck, and leave within 5 minutes. Finally the guy at the tobacco outlet just manually checked it out to me. The equipment was not properly maintained, the check engine light was on the entire time I had it and the brakes started squealing. The truck was also not aesthetically pleasing. The side skirt was crinckled up, the one of the front headlights was missing the plastic insert that surrounds it. I just expected the truck to be in better shape. Other than that, it got the job done.Brian F.

I would suggest looking into expanding the location or possibly relocating for the reason during my pickup for the equipment there was people sleeping outside around the area giving me a unease feeling and having to check if anyone was in the back cargo. During drop off someone else was picking up their equipment and I had no room to drop putting me behind on my drop off time.Shon C.
The person at the front desk was incredibly rude. He berated my partner for using the ramp to bring up the utility dolly???!? He called him stupid. And said he was working like stupid, those were his exact words. I was told I would be getting a call from the GM but I haven't heard anything yet.Kristian B.

Had trouble with the truck, had it loaded and it wouldn't crank, my brother had to put a charge on it for it to start, had problems with it for two hours, we told the man we rented it from about the problem, we asked for a different truck number , but he said to take another different truckDARLENE G.

Have all items needed for a successful move. Example the 2" ball and hitch needed when renting your pickup truck to tow your car transport. Or tell the customer that this item needs to be supplied by renter.william G.
I rented a truck and car transport. The truck LF tire pressure was at 24lbs. Uhaul knowing what I was renting could not supply me with the hitch to haul the trailer. This was left up to me to supply. This is not good for a company that claims to help us move things.WILLIAM G.

Doing the registration/rental was simple and quick. Equipment allowed us to reduce round trips from many to one. Costs were reasonable except for the $80 of excess gasoline I put into the van due to ignorance/miscalculation about what I would burn. Return was easy and quick.DONALD S.

I would recommend the location because they were the only guaranteed location in the area. The location was inconvenient and didn't look really professional. The equipment was clean BUT it ran like it was towing a thousand pounds, when it was EMPTY. It was super loud but the seats were decently comfortable. Overall, the reservation was met, the price was OKAY but the trucks themselves need some upgrading mechanically.Nicholas V.

Fix th.e trailer rental website. Apparently it inserts a drop-off location automatically. I thought I changed it, but must not have hit the save button? I was not given any paperwork at the pickup site and after getting home, I saw that the drop-off location was not what I had specified. I called Uhaul and they were able to give ma another drop off location but they couldn't tell me how far it was from my destination. No other options, take it or pay a fine.
