No one was there at the scheduled time - they were running late - and U-HAUL scheduled a drop off and a pick up at the same time. The help numbers were no good and we waited over 30 minutes to complete the transaction . I would not recommend U-HAUL to anyone

I showed up during the posted hours. They opened at 9:00 and I was there about 9:10 am. The gentleman I spoke to said that his wife was not in yet and she would have to check me in. He told me to leave the trailer and I would receive an email when she checked it in later that morning. That never happened. I had to spend extra time calling uhauls customer service. Customer service was kind but could not help me.. All they did was pass it on the the area supervisor. I did not get any resolution until after 9:00 am this morning. The receipt shows that it was not checked in until after the 48 hour rental time.
