WAYNE F.You will not improve your way of doing business. There is a lot that could be changed for good quality business. It costs money to overhaul and get rid of some of the old managers and district managers. When you run a business than you add a secondary business such as Uhaul, who do you think will take a backseat to your own customers. Customer first does not apply to secondary businesses.
James B.Started with near by location in Decatur AL. and was moved to another town 26 miles from my home. If I wanted a farther away location I could have gone there to begin with. Customer service was not helpful. I contacted the representative at the Moulton AL. office who excellent because your call center told me they could not change the location farther from my home. I think what I need should be brought to nearby location instead of me going else where to get it.

Randall B.1) Be ready when the customer tells you they will arrive so that there is not mass confusion. 2) Make the link to report problems available online more than just 15 minutes. 3) Speed up the process to obtain a receipt when the product is returned.

Robert C.When I arrived to drop off there was no drop box and no instruction as to what I was supposed to do with the key. Again, I had to call for help through the entire process.

kenneth H.The trailer was horrible it swayed and bounced so bad bad we could barely reach 45 mph. The Jack design is also horrible almost impossible to attach if the trailer is on any slope at all. The lady that did the rental was super nice,helpful and knowledgeable would definitely recommend renting from her. Renting a car hauler not so much.
