How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe worker than checked me in was nice and friendly. But the store was horrible. It smelled of cat urine and animal feces. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke and the floor of the truck was dirty with the seats and dashboard dusty. In the back of the truck was a little bit of trash. But the cigarette smell in the truck was the worse. I was subjected to 2nd hand smoke during the usage of the truck. Not very happy about that at all. Other than that, no issues with the truck performance.

Wannell SU-Haul sent me to a different place to pick up not even close to where i started out at ,then changed it again and again then 30 miles away at 7:30 in the morning the morning I was to pick it up , U-Haul offered me no discount for my inconvenience 👎
