The drop off location was fantastic as well as the person that was receiving the rental however U-Haul came and towed the truck without contacting us so we had thought someone had stolen it and could not have our stuff for our new house until 4 days later when the truck was about 10 miles from my house the U-Haul people came and towed it all the way back to Birmingham which is 50 Mi away they told me they were going to bring it to me tow it back to me but they did not I had to go all the way down there and get it from the repair shop in Birmingham some of our stuff had been gone through and a few things were not in the proper place that they were where we first put them no one will give us any answers as to why they towed it nor would they answer the phone and tell us exactly where it had been towed to.
