MELISSA SWebsite and dealer quotes the mileage at $0.79 per mile. I paid $0.98. I needed the truck and couldn’t argue, take it or leave it! It’s the issue of a bait and switch. I’m sure in the long contract there’s a clause that identifies the dealer has that privilege
RONALD Dthere were no pickup trucks at this location for a 24 hour local rental so i had to rent a large moving truck which was fine by me as im not picky but it would be nice to have the option of renting a pickup for just going around town to buy groceries, picking up medications from the pharmacy and paying bills. i did find a bag from a fast food place shoved behind the drivers seat and it was a quart low while i was doing a pre trip so i put a quart in the truck while using it, no need for a refund on the oil, it was no big deal lol. thank you SO much for having this available. we been stuck at home since November 28th with no way to get food and pay bills then i thought of you guys. You are a true blessing and i hope you will always have this service available. bless you and your company.

Eric PThe location is great and Libby, the owner, is very helpful and great to work with. However, I had to call the 1-800 number for corporate to speak with them about trading the original vehicle in because of mechanical issues and the lady I spoke with at corporate was absolutely the most unhelpful and rude person I have ever dealt with. I wish I could remember her name. She would not help to credit, nor refund us for the vehicle we originally received that had mechanical issues with. She told me that had to be done at the rental pick up location. She was rude and hateful. Then she scheduled me for a pick-up, then told me I had to call another number for scheduling. I asked her why did I need to call scheduling? She said so you can schedule a pick-up. I said I thought I just did that with you. She said, NO YOU HAVE TO CALL SCHEDULING! I called scheduling and the man I spoke with said I was already scheduled and he wasn't sure why the lady told me to call for a schedule. The whole experience with calling corporate was a nightmare! Absolutely rude

Michael YThe drop off location was fantastic as well as the person that was receiving the rental however U-Haul came and towed the truck without contacting us so we had thought someone had stolen it and could not have our stuff for our new house until 4 days later when the truck was about 10 miles from my house the U-Haul people came and towed it all the way back to Birmingham which is 50 Mi away they told me they were going to bring it to me tow it back to me but they did not I had to go all the way down there and get it from the repair shop in Birmingham some of our stuff had been gone through and a few things were not in the proper place that they were where we first put them no one will give us any answers as to why they towed it nor would they answer the phone and tell us exactly where it had been towed to.

Jimmy BNothing with the location and the people that run it. They were all very nice and understanding. Now as for U-Hauls part there's a lot that could change. Number one making sure they're up to date with the people who run the locations. With their times and availability. Number two making sure their phone systems work I was cut off three times during talking with an agent.
Rene IClean the inside of the van. The smell was unbearable, and there were used cups/cans in the van. If I hadn’t been in a pinch, I wouldn’t have rented it. The van ran fine, though.

CHARLES HThey were perfect. The previous place I reserved at in Hartselle (A Storage on Stewart St) did not show up to open the doors for business and cancelled my order and moved it 4 hours later in the day, so I had to drive to Moulton. The owners in Moulton got me on my way with no issues!
Eric TThey just pointed me to the trailer and I had to hook it up myself with no assistance from them. Not good in the service department. Equipment was fine no problem there,just not any real customer service

Eric NTruck has a vibration. It is either worn/damaged front suspension or a tire issue.
