Samantha SThe owners were very friendly. My only concern is that there is no place to park your car if you need to rent the uhal for the night and are only one person. There is no overnight parking.
charissa bI will never rent UHaul from this location again. The gentleman in the shop was completely unhelpful (thankfully, I transferred to Mobile pickup). The fuel pricing here is always a little high but I decided to fill up there for convenience to discover the posted price was 10 cents lower than the pump price.

William PThe only recommendation is to have the fuel tank filled instead of 3/4 as was ours. It would make it easier in refilling the vehicle. Overall, it was a great truck and we highly recommend this Uhall location - staff were helpful and excellent.
Carl RArrived. Completed app check-in. After entering the info and taking photos of ID, getting “approved” the app glitched. Was not able to verify odometer or fuel levels or retrieve a key. Asked the gas station attendant to assist with key They provided key. Turn on vehicle to less than a quarter tank of gas. The blankets I had included with my reservation were not in the vehicle. Attendant insisted that fuel level was impacted by slight angle of parking location. This was incorrect as it was right were I had observed it as soon as I started driving. I asked how I was to replace the appropriate amount of fuel consumed upon return and he stated I should put in one gallon at a time. With the vehicle running?!? Pretty sure that’s against the law in MD. WHY NOT PROVIDE THE VHICLE WITH A FULL TANK? Purchased gas elsewhere - MORE THAN I CONSUMED! Upon return was directed to park in front of station. Did return via app which requested pic of parked location which WILL NOT be accurate for the next renter. Left blankets in unlocked cargo area - will not be responsible if they go missing - I have photos. So tired of the hassles of U-haul…

Fotios AAttendant wouldn't accept my keys/return only minutes after closing and overcharged me for mileage not used, only making the correction after I'd called and informed him that I had photos of the odometer after parked. Tried to explain away this error by stating water droplets on his phone screen caused him to input/report the incorrect mileage. I'm certain this is commonplace with other renters as well, their adding just a little over what was used so it's not too noticeable. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone nor will I be returning.

Karina BThe app interface was buggy and wouldn't allow me or the UHaul rep to complete the transaction. The rep had to access UHaul through his browser so I could enter all the information. Eventually, I was on the road. I did reserve furniture blankets/pads but when I arrived, I was informed there were none available. The van did what it was mean to. Thanks.
Eric CVery muddy area with a lot of the uhaul trucks but wasn't where you are suppose to park. Should have a clearer indication of where to park. The staff had to come out and point me to a spot

MARSHA WI ended my 54-mile trip by adding 4.5 gallons of fuel to bring it to the level accepted by the attendant. I would have preferred to have a full tank, and upon return, would fill it up again. The van I rented had a small crease on the rear right side that I had to have the attendant mark with an "X" and the exterior hadn't been washed in a few rentals. Overall a good rental and good service.

Ewa WThe truck smelt like urine inside the cabin. I didn’t realize it when I picked it up because I had all the windows down but once they were up it was horrible. I had to drive 1.5 hours away with that smell. Other than that the service was good and location was good & fast for pickup and drop off. Thanks!

Noah PTruck was dirty all around including the cargo area and the cab, seats etc. Mud was dried on cargo floor and dirt was also present.
Eric SEverything went smoothly from start to finish! I was happy to see that trucks were available on short notice on a holiday weekend. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the staff at the location, and the truck drove better than the other U-Haul's I have rented over the past couple of weeks!

I also reserved the car for 7 am and the place was opened and when I returned it at 7 to the same location it didn’t open until 8 so it was after hours requiring me to done everything. This was also confusing. The process of returning the rental must be clearer.
Steven GInclude a brief instruction sheet on the instrument panel. It took me forever to find the hazard warning lights switch. Also never found the cruise control.

PABLO GI rented a cargo van basically for 1 day, but I had it for only several hours. When I bought the truck back, it was full tank, and everything was fine. I was charged as follows: I was to pay 55.00 for truck and full insurance. 1. 74.00+ hold 2. 45.00+ hold 3. 120.00 The back caught the 45.00 hold and removed it. The 120.00 was an over charge of an additional day. I had to wait from 5/31/2024-6/10 or so/2024 for the clearing of my money from a refund. I do not think it was the place of pickup, once again it was UHAUL Company that sucks.
Jacquelyn NThe pricing of U-Haul is thoroughly misleading. When going to reserve a truck it provides a “estimated price.” In my case it estimated $75. The total trip cost me twice that with the cost of gas and the arbitrary 100 mile rule NEITHER of which were clearly stated when making the reservation. Also, pretty sure the U-Haul attendant I worked with was stoned and I don’t really trust the work he did. Will likely avoid U-Haul in the future if possible :-/ be more transparent in pricing.

Heather LLong checkout process even though I checked in online prior. Uhaul dealer could not access online to assign truck or something like thar. This could have been Uhaul website's fault though, not sure. Air conditioning in truck did not work. Was morning hours and opened windows, but still... I took a picture of the fuel tank reading; which was right at half tank. Returned and filled tank with $20 in gas and it was right in half tank. Uhaul dealer said I needed to put $12 more in before he could check me out. I went to another gas station to fill my original $20 fill because it was .20 cents per gallon cheaper so I suspect he asked me to add more gas because I didn't fill up with his gas.

Konstantin SThe location was fine but the issue that I've always had with Uhaul is that I show up and the vehicle never has a full tank of gas. Not only does that mean (if it's low) that I have to fill up right close to the pickup location (usually for a bad price), but I have to guess approximately where the gauge needs to be when I return it, and hope that it's close enough to whatever 1/8th of a tank that I don't get gouged by the company for $5/gallon. So I'm either underfilling and getting highway robbed or overfilling and giving Uhaul free fuel out of my own pocket. Just make it a policy that the tanks be full on pickup and return; it's not that complicated.
