The gentleman who helped us with the rental truck was very kind and helpful. The truck was in excellent condition and was very clean. We'd definitely rent from this location again if we need to haul something.

I have rented from this location several times and have always had a great experience. After having issues at other locations, I especially appreciate how easy and stress-free this guy makes the rental process. His excellent customer service keeps me coming back.
Paul TThe app caused all sorts of problems. It took a really long time to pick up the rental using the app, I spent a lot of time watching the little circle spin. When I dropped off the rental about an hour later, I was charged for two days of rental, because by some glitch the app said that I was returning the van a few hours BEFORE I picked it up?!? Fortunately, the person who worked at the BP station did it on his phone. I would use this location again, but would hesitate to pick up or drop off a rental using the app.
