Check your receipt most important when you come back I was overcharged. The truck was $19.95 to rent. They charge me $39.95, I rented a dolly for seven dollars they charge me $14 for the dolly. The insurance was $20. They charge me $30. … for 4 1/2 hours one day Rental…. moving is already rough and expensive. Don’t need to be overcharged or taking advantage of.

Before getting my truck at U-Haul estimate price was $ 134 at end of my work about 5 hours they charge me 205 dollars . I am upset of that . That was my first experience!

Denise WI picked up the vehicle 20 minutes early and was charged for an extra day ( vehicle and moving pads). The agent did not explain that would occur. I was also charged $60 for “Safe Move”. I never requested this coverage when I booked this rental online.
Robert CIt took me an hour to check in to get the truck. I had movers scheduled and paid by the hour that I had to pay for while I waiting for your system to not be down. I would like to speak with someone. Thank you
