All was good. Had problems with the app and I could not check the truck in. Gas station representative helped me.

Your app is very bad. Takes forever to check in and out. Most of the time it just doesn’t work. Even the live person at the office couldn’t get it to work right. This is the last time I use U-Haul it’s just to much trouble and frustrating.
GERALD HCheck your receipt most important when you come back I was overcharged. The truck was $19.95 to rent. They charge me $39.95, I rented a dolly for seven dollars they charge me $14 for the dolly. The insurance was $20. They charge me $30. … for 4 1/2 hours one day Rental…. moving is already rough and expensive. Don’t need to be overcharged or taking advantage of.
