Where to pick up from this location and the app as well. App kept crashing on me and was taking to long.

Marcial Vdid not have furniture dollies and still charged for them. only had 11 blankets and charged for 24 truck was dirty inside and out location keeps telling me they will call me back for refund, still no call ( I have called at least 3 times, always the same, too busy will call me back!!!!

Jared WSince this was a Sunday pickup I think that the previous person didn't clean up the inside if the truck and just left it. No one saw it before I picked it up, I would suggest that until a staff member looks over the checked in equipment that it not be rented out. When I picked it up I did not see all the debris in the back until I actually got in the back to load the truck. we had to sweep it our and the previous person just threw used blankets in the top area.
Theresa CExtremely slow service. Expected mme to know what they required to check out. Ended up walking back and forth to the truck to fetch info for the agent. Then had to drive it to a special parking area not near the entrance and walk back. The receipt took forever to print and was too small to read. I don’t believe the agent even looked at me. Her face was stuck in her phone the whole encounter.

JOHN HBoth Appliance dolly and utility dolly I rented the location did not have. I called Uhaul before taking truck to make sure I wasn’t charged for them however the charged me for 3 days for the truck and dolly’s that I never had and the truck was returned same day at 8:00pm when it was due at 10pm. So it was returned early but somehow I was charged 3 days. I’m still waiting on a supervisor to call me back to discuss charges.

VIKTOR LOnline, the system stated that dollies and other equipment were available for rent. Upon completing my reservation, the store employee explained that the website was wrong and that he didn’t have any equipment at all besides the truck. The online system needs to keep real time accountability of any and all equipment. The employee was very helpful and called other dealers to find the dollies.
ZACHARY SThere was not a key drop box, so it required us being on the phone holding for Uhaul Customer Service for over an hour, after completing our mobile return, to see what we needed to do with the keys. Not a good return experience at all!

Chance RI was double charged first off . I rented a furniture dolly , paid for it and the lady forgot she didn’t have any . I’ve yet to be refunded for that . Your site was supposedly down so she was having trouble logging in and navigating it . What should have taken 15 min tops took over 45 min to check in . I will never rent from this location again . It was an awful experience . I better be refunded my double charge by tmr or I will be highly upset . I would appreciate a call back ASAP from a Uhaul rep . Thanks
Connie VDisorganized, incompetent and unprofessional. 30 minutes to compete rental in spite of reserving online and 27 minutes to complete return (plus an argument with the business owner). Ridiculous experience.
Bobby GGreat and easy experience. The only thing I would recommend is adding a note on the front door indicating that the key return is on the back door. I called Uhaul asking about it and finally thought about walking around the building to the back and there found the key return.
Andrew HClean the truck, provide appliance dolly that isn't damaged, provide blankets that don't have packing tape all over them, go over damages from previous renters
Larry OI made reservattions at one location only to br told one day beforr that the truck was unavailable. I was sent to another location 1 mile away . I ha to take Uber to get to the location only to find the place was closed. They were supposed to open at 10:15 a.m. No one was there. I called U-haul dispatch and they found me another location. I had to call Uber again. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
