I reserved online and at pick up time the person on the front desk made a mistake in the agree terms. When I let them know the lady in the front desk (who recognized she made a mistake) pass me her supervisor who over the phone told me to not worry, do the pick up an they will fix it online later to the original terms. I was deceived and trust their word and regretfully I ended up paying more than 100 dollars extra. This is wrong and not a way of doing businesses.

Samuel YOur rental experience exceeded our expectations. The process was easy and price was reasonable. If we have rental needs in the future we’ll be coming back to this Tomball location. Thank you for making it so easy!
MykelAnne BFirst it said that we could pick up at 7:30 am and whenever I went I called customer service to be told that it wasn’t available til they opened. Then it said to return 9:30 and it was almost 10 am before anyone opened shop. Unless their hours are different than advertised. The man that helped me was very nice. Maybe just miscommunication with hours . We were traveling so this put our schedule pretty behind.
Nikki BExcelent attention, 100% recommended.
