First it said that we could pick up at 7:30 am and whenever I went I called customer service to be told that it wasn’t available til they opened. Then it said to return 9:30 and it was almost 10 am before anyone opened shop. Unless their hours are different than advertised. The man that helped me was very nice. Maybe just miscommunication with hours . We were traveling so this put our schedule pretty behind.
