My booking was for Brittania rd east. At 1000 my pick up time there was no one there. Our rented vehicle was there but no personnel. We had luggage and were dropped off at Brittania in -15 weather and froze trying to call and find another outlet. We did and that was my rating above. But it was not a smooth rental process.

Tbe only issues I have is with the lock that you are used on the vehicles. Very cold weather here and it took a long time to open it up. Also the parking at this location is very limited. I had to return the 10ft truck and park it (temporarily) in a handicap parking spot. That was the only one that was available.
Peter PPoor service, no communication and scam! I was charged for mileage I didn’t do. They never gave me the initial mileage on the truck also charged me for more.

BEATRICE MWhen I walk in, I met Katan, assistant fellow, who was not very helpful. When requested, wouldn’t even take me to the van and show around if there are any marks or other functions electronic of cargo Van.. That is when owner Bobby came out from back room, took me around explained every function of the modern cargo Van, I will re-rent from this location!
MANJIT GThe vechicle was not clean. It was dirty. The steering wheel was sticky and the smell inside the vechicle was so bad.
KARTHICK MBobby is very nice, generous and helpful. Even gave us an additional dolly for no cost. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a stress free uhaul procedure.
