The employee name kethan in the convenience is too rude and arrogant at the store which spoiled my day when I went to pick the truck. He doesn't have any sense how to speak to customers and desperate to cancel my booking and get into an argument.

Location was easy to reach & pickup experience was smooth. No complaints with the location as such. The only issue, which applies to Uhaul overall & not to the individual pickup locations, if you add any equipment as an add-on, you will never receive that. Only expect to get the truck without any additional equipments. Also, never depend on Uhaul to pickup the truck based on your convenience, always check if the pickup location is open at your pickup time, otherwise Uhaul company will never help you. Above review is based on past experiences. Next time, I will never use Uhaul, even if this is the only company available.
