Savannah PHave the truck windshield free of ice and snow when customer arrives. Also the “line in” doesn’t work on the truck audio system. That made for a long and quiet drive.

Jason PWell a discount for returning customers would be nice. To keep a record of people who do rent trucks from uhaul and not just to do it if it's only within a few months or a year but through their life. This is the 3rd time I have used your services and each time the price goes up. So if you offered a discount each time people may use your services more. Plus it should be all uhauls linked together cause people may use it in one state for something local but look somewhere else if moving out of state. For that's what I did. I used your company back in 2012 locally but found a cheaper price with someone else to move out of state. Then in 2021 I needed to use your services again but found it was cheaper for a 1 way. I had to 1st drive to the other state 1st and then pick up the uhaul and then drive it back to where I lived. Now I needed your services again in 2024. I was given a discount if I returned the uhaul almost 50 miles away from where I moved to but when I returned the uhaul the woman said I could have dropped it off there in the same town that I just moved to. That was the only thing that I was a little upset with. Being told I had to drive more when in fact I didn't have to do it because I'm disabled and so driving as far as I did was not good for me.
jennifer aEasy drop-off. Unfortunately I wasn't able to add the pictures of the trailer in the app to show the location I dropped it off, but I have all of them. The drop-off was smooth and the app had videos that made it easy to do the drop-off at the location.

Lorraine CI dropped off on a Saturday night, and there was no one there. I have NO issues with Tomlinson. They played no role in this--However--I will say that the people on the phone customer service (1-800-UHAUL) line were pretty rude and unhelpful. They didn't let me finish a question before answering and it took a while for them to answer my question. It was as if they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. On Saturday, i called the customer service line. I was on hold for 18 minutes, before I did the call me back thing. No one ever called. The App is not that great.

Gabriel CPlease make sure the Uhaul rental store explains that the insurance coverage accrues daily. I was told it was 30.00, each time I rented a truck. I rented twice. Instead, one truck was 195.00 and the other was 120.00. Very upset by that.
