We dropped off on a day when no staff were available so can’t speak to helpfulness of personnel. The process to drop off was clear and easy, cell service was spotty at location.

Not happy about the $25 cleaning charge, seeing how I had to clean out the cab of half-eaten candy bars, paper garbage, and electronics left behind from the last user..nd I even made sure it was clean when I returned it, so... As for recommending it; when you're the only game in town?
