It is a towing shop. Front office was tidy, but very dirty. I would not sit down on any of the furniture. Staff was very helpful.

I dropped off after hours-24 hour drop off available. However, I received a text message to drop off at this location but it also said I had to check in on your website. The website gave me a DIFFERENT location! I had to call UHaul and was on hold for way too long precluding an efficient drop off. This is not the lication's fault but UHaul's fault. Terrible website system.
Your online reservations were misleading and hard to book. Then once I requested a phone reservation the associate made me feel rushed and pushed into a rental that was not right for me. I ended up changing it once I got to the in person facility and the lady took the time to listen to me.
The day before the pickup location was changed about four miles. They emailed this but did not call like they were supposed to. I like how they now ask total miles instead of destination, It is often more complex than "here to there".
Redundancy between online application process and in person app at site....could have been smoother. They should have been expecting me. Instead, I had to repeat much of what was already in the online info provided ahead. Also, your online process could be more user friendly. Again, redundancy and too much back and forth.
The blond woman working at Tomlinsonâ€”I forgot her nameâ€”was very helpful during drop off and helped me get the trailer off my hitch. It was the fastest u-haul drop off I've ever had.

It would be nice. If uhaul gave them a shelter to store open bed trailers to avoid snow accumulations. Takes time to get th e shoveled out
There was ice and snow on the floor of our Uhaul trailer. I was moving furniture so it wasn't ideal. We laid tarps and blankets to protect the furniture and level the floor for safe traveling.
they had no clue what they were doing. The two ladies argued with one another the whole time blaming each other for errors. It took an hour for them to figure things out and get me out of there. They didn't tell me about condition survey being texted to me. I didn't see it until that evening and it had timed out by then. lower side view mirror was broken when i picked it up. Air conditioning blew hot air, and wipers were bad and it rained for most of my 26 hour drive. No cruise and seat was poorly designed keeping your head in an uncomfortable position the whole time. It was miserable driving that truck
They didn't set up my truck to be 24 hours. When I got there I couldn't get on the box and it took me talking to 4 different people at uhaul to finally get in the box which set me back over 2 hours. One of the guys I talked to wanted me to drive 1.5 more hours to get a smaller truck!!! I will never ever reserve at trick at uhaul.com again!!
I am a beef farmer. I rent your trailer to drive 135 miles one-way to pickup 1200 lbs of my finished beef products from the processing company which kills, ages, cuts up and packages my products so they can be sold to about 600 customers over a period of about the next 2 months. When I bring the trailer full of products back to the farm and unload and store in my walk-in freezer it takes us about 2 hours to perform that function. I returned the trailer to Tomlinson's rental 1 hour and 45 minutes after the 24 hours return time. I was disappointed that i was charged a whole other day because it was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. I think that is a bad business concept. I would like at least half of that additional day charge credited to my account. I don't expect to hear anything back on this complaint but if I do and it is in my favor I will continue using these services. I registered online at Uhaul.com, I was provided a confirmation email with the total rental price. But when I arrived to pick up the 20 foot truck and pay for it, I found out there was what seemed to me to be a hidden insurance tax for an additional 64.00 dollars. Well I had to scramble around for the different I was originally quoted at. Anyway it was very inconvenient, because I needed the rental that day, because I was moving that day regardless.

The lady was rude, extremely poor customer survice and my husband and i were obviously bothering her. This is the third time my husband and i used this company ( only game in town) and am happy to say as of tomorrow we will have a car big enough we will never have to again.
Don't tell someone that you don't have to have it back buy one and charge them for tuning it in early
Give the pick up location the proper info from the customer on time of pick up and location etc. Let the customer know of any changes and this location can operate smoothly and efficiently. Everyone in the world does not have a cell phone.

Tomlinson's worker was very rude. Told me "the keys aren't here, you're wasting your time...its pointless." before even checking if my keys were dropped off. I had my reservation pulled up on my phone and my confirmation number printed out, neither of which he was willing to look at. They keys were in the UHAUL drop box. He then gave my keys to a different couple who was waiting for a separate vehicle which caused a lot of confusion. The vehicle was not fully gassed up when I received it, and I was charged for the gas the previous rented used. I will not be using UHaul again.

Very rude snow Strom happened in middle of move and staff had to simpathy we were 2 hours late due to needing to be plowed and staff could care less just said sweep out and park over there you will be charged never use them again EVER
