The web page for entering photographs of the rental vehicle is broken. Unless it works it creates a terrible impression on the customer. Makes it seem like UHaul is some kind of looser company. The folk running this location are excellent and provided premium, professional service. I felt sorry for them because of the broken website.

Roy DWe dropped off on a day when no staff were available so can’t speak to helpfulness of personnel. The process to drop off was clear and easy, cell service was spotty at location.
Leah KNot happy about the $25 cleaning charge, seeing how I had to clean out the cab of half-eaten candy bars, paper garbage, and electronics left behind from the last user..nd I even made sure it was clean when I returned it, so... As for recommending it; when you're the only game in town?
