Truck had a problem with the gas gauge. I stopped the fill at $50 without the gauge moving even though I started the engine twice. After I started moving it went to full. This caused me to over fill by a 1/4 tank per that gauge.

Make sure your online crap works because he deals with tons of crap because uhaul can't get there crap straight. It isn't the location I wouldn't recommend it's uhaul period I won't ever ever do business with them again and will tell all that will listen to avoid them. They make already stressful situations a million times worse and harder!! So disappointed!!

When I arrived, the owner of Tom's Imports, did not have space for the truck and trailer, he complained I was given this address to go to. He was unable to help me get my car off the trailer, said he just took in equipment nothing else. I went to a Hillsboro location, off Cornell when I reserved the retail, and asked to bring it back there, why I was sent to such a small place I do not know. THANKFULLY, a customer service truck pulled up to help. He was wonderful.

The ashtray was full of cigarettes and the door handle had ashes in it. It didn't smell bad inside, thank goodness, but I think that was just good luck. The truck ran well and was otherwise in good condition.

Super sketchy, no signage, looks like a junkyard. Our truck battery died twice during the 2 days we had it and then we received a call from a woman the day after we dropped our rental off who was extremely rude telling us that we didn't return our Uhaul.

Jim was very nice and helpful. The trailer was full of ants. When I ordered the trailer, I asked if it would hold a queen size bed. It did not.

Easy drop off. I had to go back since online drop off required photo and location services of your iPhone to verify you dropped it. We had spoke w "Tom" when dropping it off so we thought we were good, but uhaul online wants photo and you have to be st the place to do this.

It took me about 40 minutes to get the truck after I already did the online check-in. They had my drop-off location scheduled at the wrong location and that changed to another place after I had picked up the vehicle. I didn't originally pick this location to come get my truck when I made the reservation online about 10 days prior. This location was out of my way and I wasn't compensated any mileage for this being a hassle to me. I have used UHaul before and for business purposes, but after this experience I will consider going elsewhere for my moving endeavors.

The trailer's running lights shorted out 6 times during my travels across country. Not only is this a safety issue but cost me valuable time and money! The drop off location was great and very friendly.

We were very pleased with the 15 ft. truck we rented for my move to Corvallis. It just fit everything I wanted to move.

This location was NOT a "Corporate" UHaul drop-off location. I interpret that as "UHauling is NOT their #1 purpose!" Since I dropped the truck off around 2am - it was very dark out - and since they weren't "Corporate" I guess that's why I couldn't find a UHaul sign. I did eventually find a tiny-little sign off to the side and to the back of the store next to a lone UHaul trailor. (where it was very dark) The address number was not legible over the door so it took a "Google Air Snoop" in order to determine if I had the correct location. Once I determined the location was correct - I was able to locate the key drop in the door where I dropped the keys and thus completed my move! I do want to note that it was I who insisted on dropping the truck off at this location as it was miles closer to my "end-point" than the pickup location. (which was chosen as it was literally next door to my storage locker whose contents I was transporting across miles & miles of mountain roads.)

This location was very inconvenient for me but I didn't have a choice. The owner was very nice and helpful but the check out process was too slow. The lights were not working on the trailer and he tried to find the problem but could not. He sent us the the location I wanted in the first place. They fixed it.

My only complaint is this: I had to drive 18 miles after i finished unloading to drop off Uhaul. I went 19 over my mileage. I called to find closer location, but uhaul said this was only location to accept my truck. There must have been a closer location. In fact i saw some closer... Overall ive been using uhaul for 15 years and will continue to do so.

Wasn't clear on the truck rental... said I could return it to anyone...also to have gas where I got it... but they charged me for a full tank..... not cool...

Personnel were not aware that we were coming, busy working on cars in the garage. Mechanic came out and helped us disconnect the trailer and unload the car. Seems that email needs to be checked daily for updates.

Tire on truck was very low when I picked it up. Location had changed and nobody told me-from the bar-b-q place to the auto repair shop in town.

This is a very small location. There were only 2 trucks on the lot, with little room for more. The man who helped us was very helpful, but I would have preferred to have gotten the truck from the Hillsboro, Oregon location.
