405Tractor was great, helpful, and quick. Excellent service from 405Tractor. Wish I could rate my initial scheduled pickup location that did not have my reservation available. Had to drive extra miles, and pay more for miles + gas, and added time, and be delayed starting the already grueling task of moving on a very hot day because of the key not being available. Customer service phone was a bit challenged as well in helping solve the issue. This was the second time to use the Seward Rd and Sooner, Guthrie, OK location. Only minor issues the first time. Won't even try to use that location in the future. I will be happy to just use 405Tractor in the future. Most satisfied with this U-Haul location than any I've ever used.

Teri LRe:reservation process (not the pickup location): After arriving to pick up a reserved trailer I found out I needed to go buy a four-line lights adapter at an auto parts store. It would have been nice to be made aware of that need before arriving at the pickup location.

MARION MIt took them more than 24 hours to close out rental after drop off. I had to make several calls to then and uhaul aswell.
LORI WI walked in, hoping for a truck rental. One had just been returned. They quickly checked it in and I walked out with the rental truck I needed. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff went overboard to assist me.

Dana WPaperwork process was slow. The young lady, though very helpful, had problems with the rental system. An additional driver was required since we were returning the truck out of state, but that requirement wasn't mentioned when I confirmed the rental the day before.
MARK MThe young lady that assisted with my pick up at the location was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The uhaul truck had quote a bit of dog hair in the bottom part of each seat and smelled like dogs, which was very unpleasant while I was driving.

JEFFREY WMy issue really has nothing to do with 405 Tractor. My issue is with U-Haul. Your software is garbage and wouldn’t scan the back of my drivers license, by the time I had to decline all the offers your website tried to shove on me, I felt like I was buying a used car and then I had to provide an alternate contact even though I’ve rented from U-Haul many times?!?! My experience with U-Haul was garbage not the place I rented from.
